These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the wenqovaris.com website, operated by Wenqovaris S.A.S. By using the site, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Purpose
The wenqovaris.com site is an informational platform on real estate crowdlending in Argentina, intended to facilitate contact between potential investors and real estate investment opportunities. Use of the site does not, in itself, constitute a public offer of investment.
2. Capacity
The user declares that they are over 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into legal acts. Wenqovaris may request documentation to verify the identity and capacity of the user.
3. Registration and newsletter
By subscribing to the newsletter, the user warrants that the data provided is truthful, accurate and up to date, and authorises Wenqovaris to contact them through the indicated channels.
4. Investment risk
Investments in real estate projects through crowdlending involve risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the capital invested. Past returns do not guarantee future results. The user must assess their risk profile before investing.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, logos, images, trademarks) is the property of Wenqovaris or its licensors and is protected by Law No. 11,723 and related rules. Any total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. User conduct
The user agrees to use the site lawfully, respecting these Terms, applicable law and the rights of third parties. Any use that may damage, overload or interfere with the normal operation of the site is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenqovaris shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site or the information published on it.
8. Changes
Wenqovaris may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the site and shall enter into force upon publication.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
